Minas’ expertise spans corporate finance, strategic and investment planning, project management, budgeting, and financial control across multiple sectors.

Prior to founding Mars Capital Group, Minas held various senior management positions and led an investment company within one of Russia’s largest banking groups. He served as Deputy CEO at Mechel and was Investment Director at Rosatom’s mining division. His experience also includes a tenure at KPMG and the role of CFO with firms managing international real estate portfolios.
